This policy covers the paid Tactics Journal products. Opinion, Research, Community free features, and public pages remain free.

What you are buying

Tactics Board’s browser-local editor is free, including every pitch style, local import and export feature, and unlimited local projects. Signed-in Free accounts may select one project for cloud backup.

Tactics Journal Pro is $14.99 billed monthly or $12.99 a month billed yearly at $155.88 and renews automatically until you cancel. Pro adds unlimited cloud backup and sync, cross-device continuity, collaboration and invitations, hosted sharing controls, 24-hour agent links, and MCP/WebMCP access.

Board License is closed to new sales. Existing License subscriptions continue under their original price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms unless the holder upgrades to Pro.

Full refunds within 14 days

Email [email protected] to ask for:

• a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment; or
• a full refund of an automatic yearly renewal within 14 days of that renewal.

Monthly Pro renewals do not receive voluntary refunds. We provide a refund when the law requires it or when a material service failure requires one.

Include the account email and enough detail for us to find the charge. Polar processes the refund back to the payment method you used.

Cancellations and access

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid access stays active through the period you have already paid for. A completed refund or chargeback may end that access sooner.

If a payment fails, Polar may retry it and send notices for seven days. If the payment never goes through, the paid access lapses after day seven.

Your boards are yours

No billing event deletes a board. Local boards stay on your device when paid access ends, gets refunded, or lapses.

Local boards stay editable and exportable without Pro. When Pro ends, hosted features such as all-project sync, collaboration, sharing controls, and agent access stop, but local Board work and account data are not deleted.

The law

Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you. Where this policy conflicts with a law you cannot waive, that law wins.
