I don’t like Tonali’s free roaming role. It nullifies the effectiveness of Trippier and Murphy because Longstaff has to sit back. When Newcastle play the ball to the left, Gordon and Isak are on their own. Stick Tonali and Longstaff in either half-space, remain more rigid.
